Using the service
Use Refinery for lawful work. Do not attempt to break access controls, overload the service, or use it to store content you do not have rights to process.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Refinery the limited right to process that content to provide the product features you request.
Availability
Refinery is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, pause, or fail temporarily while the product is being improved.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, Refinery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
If you need a formal enterprise agreement, treat these terms as the default baseline until a separate written agreement is in place.
